you are so very welcome........good days or bad days??? beginning to think there is not much difference between the two. Made decision today to go ahead and try chemo one more time. could mean either another year or less if not succesful. either way.......life sucks at this point. But means lots that you say hi, and great to see walt posting here again too. Jeff D.

Jeff my friend, I hope the decision to go with the chemo works out for you. It must be terribly hard for you and I can't imagine what you must go thru physically and emotionally. I know you're not the type that is looking for sympathy, so i shan't offer you any. but I will keep good thoughts for you. Whatever time you have left (and I hope its a very long time) I hope you are able to enjoy as best you can. please try and share some of it with your friends here when you are up to it. I am always glad to hear from you and it makes Walt's and my day when you post. your pal Ron you are so very welcome........good days or bad days??? beginning to think there is not much difference between the two. Thank you for your well wishes my friend.........Just got more interesting news yesterday. It seems we aren't just dealing with the old prostate cancer, which has matastasized and gone into the bones, but now they tell me I have kidney cancer too, which has also moved into the lungs. The doctor asked me if I was okay after dispensing this last bit of news and I actually started laughing. I know he must have thought I had lost what little mind I had left. As they say............hell, as I used to say..........lol............."and the hits just keep on comin'." Jeff my friend, I hope the decision to go with the chemo works out for you. It must be terribly hard for you and I can't imagine what you must go thru physically and emotionally. Hey Jeff, I had totally missed this thread and din't know anything about your illness. What can I say? Hold on and never give up. You know, I'm a doctor myself, but I learned in years not to say a word about how long one can survive. Bad and good surprises are so often behind the corner. In your case, they could only be good. Stay strong, jeff.
