Whoever answers the question gets to ask the next one. Doesn't matter if the answer was correct or not (whoever asked the question should tell in a seperate post whether the answer to his/her question was correct or not).....

Taking a wild guess, and saying Chris Stein What was the title of the last Top 40 hit Elvis Presley had while he was still alive? (it reached #18 the week of his passing) Correct. Jack Bruce played bass for Cream and Blind Fath, Tina Weymouth for Talking Heads and Roger Glover for Deep Purple. Chris Stein plays guitar for Blondie. "Moody Blue"? It's either that one or "Way Down." Of which British band was Graham Nash a member before he joined Crosby, Stills & Nash?

It was indeed "Way Down"; it sat at #18 on August 20, 1977 in America.
As for the Graham Nash query, it was the Hollies?
Of which (in the post-Graham Nash era):
Name the song that the Hollies had a hit with in 1970 that was covered that same year by Neil Diamond.
