We now have eight teams left. Who's gonna win the whole thing?

So far I've seen, Germany will be unstoppable.

Brasil keeps playing at 60%, but they keep on winning easily. What's gonna happen if they play at their best?

Who says they can? Maybe they're playing at 95% now... And if they can, can they change their attitude when it's necesarry, or are they too used to this laid back style?

We won't really know what they can do until they fall behind against a strong team. Germany is doing very well also, but maybe they have peaked too soon in the tournament Definitely one of the favorites though, as is Argentina. Gaston

I think it will be the host country Germany, but if they meet Brazil in the championship game, they'll be given all they can handle (IMHO).

Germany beat Argentina after penalty kicks. Exciting game where both teams were equally good I think and both looked like they don't need to be afraid of any of the remaining countries...
Next it's Italy - Ukraine, wheer Italy probably wins 1-0 by a goal in the 89th minute. But neither will be able to defeat Germany in the semi final, tuesday...

Next it's Italy - Ukraine, wheer Italy probably wins 1-0 by a goal in the 89th minute. But neither will be able to defeat Germany in the semi final, tuesday... The Argentinian coach made a big tactical error. When the Germans made it 1-1 he couldn't bring on Messi (the most gifted Argentinian player) because he had already used up all of his substitutes. In the semis the Germans will be the faves, but if their opponents were to be Italy it's still a danger match. Italy is never spectacular, but they always do well in the major tournaments. Gaston
