Ok, you like to watch, but do you also like to do it? Gaston

I do a bit of excercising-- usually try to walk some 'round the neighborhood a couple times a week for 'bout 30-40 minutes, or use an exercise bike we have (but sometimes just once a week). I also do pilates & some associated stuff once or twice a week usually. That's about stretching, flexibility & strength. You use some machines that can be adjusted for height, tension, etc.-- also some of it similar to yoga in the stretches. It has helped my back quite a bit the most. I used to play tennis a bit, but have had some problems with both my left leg from an injury & hand/gripping problems, so I haven't lately. I don't like most sports to watch (I get bored after awhile), though some exceptions: tennis (the big events mainly), college basketball some, hockey some & lately lacrosse because a young friend of ours is really into it & I've been liking it more. But I'm also a couch potato more than I should be often. Ed

I do a fair amount of walking and jogging---which is a good thing; after the holidays, I'm going to need to do as much as I can.
