This is highly catastrophic for the United States in the way it handles the War On Terror, in my opinion. And although I am one to believe that those soldiers who participated in prisoner abuse and torture should be punished to the full extent of the law, what I believe is really necessary is for there to be a war crimes tribunal to prosecute those who are the true war criminals, the ones who sent them there in the first place--which would be, of course, basically the entire Bush administration and its media propaganda machine.

But since the U.S. doesn't have to answer to any world bodies save the WTO and the spineless, pink tutu wearing Dems won't put up a fight, who is Bush and co. gonna have to answer to?
