Question about adding photos and Youtube links

Am I doing something wrong...?

I have tried to add a photo and you tubes to my thread about James Booker up in the General Music Board

I thought the procedure was to click on the icon in the message menu and insert the link between the brackets for either a photo or a Youtube.

I've done that with no success...

anyone care to explain the procedure...been awhile since I posted over here so I might have got out of practice.

There is (or should be, anyway) a YouTube link marked "Tube" in red in the second row of the "Add Tags" section when you make a post or reply; and three spaces over, there is an Image button as well. You first paste the link, highlight it, then click on Tube (for YouTube) or the Image button (for image), and it should work.
