End of an era . That congressional affair thing was pretty entertaining, as US political fal-de-rols go. To be honest, I thought she had died sev. years ago. I remember once mixing up her name and old comic strip reporter heroine, Brenda Starr. (She didn't strip, but I kinda wished she had!).

I remember once mixing up her name and old comic strip reporter heroine, Brenda Starr. (She didn't strip, but I kinda wished she had!). I saw an appearance and interview by her in a documentary from 2010 called "Behind the Burly Q" about the golden age of burlesque. it also featured actor Alan Alda, who's father Robert, worked as what they called a "tit singer" and straight man for the acts.
