The great British actors circle has lost a member. Peter Vaughan, best known in this era for his role on HBO's Game Of Thrones, but also known for fairly villainous roles on the big screen, notably as the town drunk Tom Hedden in director Sam Peckinpah's controversial and disturbing 1971 horror film STRAW DOGS, has passed on at the age of 93.
